Screening questions help recruiters and hiring managers efficiently narrow down the pool of applicants before spending time on more detailed evaluations. Evaluation questions are designed to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the candidate's potential contributions and performance in the role.
You will add screening questions as part of creating a role, while you can manage your screening templates via general settings. To use screening questions, you must be on our premium or platinum subscription plans and to set a preferred answer option for your questions, you will need to be on our platinum plan.
