Inclusion of LWOP on Payslips and in Reports

• Description: Leave Without Pay (LWOP) is unpaid leave approved by the employer, typically accessed when an employee’s annual or personal leave is exhausted. LWOP is now recorded in payroll systems, with specific start and end dates noted. This information is included in employee reports, detailing LWOP periods and total hours taken. Payslips now reflect LWOP in the Earnings and Leave Taken section, showing the impact on salary or benefits. Accurate records are maintained for compliance purposes, ensuring transparency in leave management and payroll processes.

HR Single Sign-On (Internal Rollout)

• Description: This feature enables organizations to set up Single Sign-On (SSO) using major identity providers like Google, Microsoft Entra, and Okta. This rollout starts with internal testing, followed by closed and open beta stages.

Primary Manager Offboarding Reassignment

• Description: When a manager is terminated, their direct reports continue to show as reporting to the terminated manager. Issuing Contracts to New Contractors
