LWOP is now recorded in payroll systems, with specific start and end dates noted. This information is included in employee reports, detailing LWOP periods and total hours taken. Payslips now reflect LWOP in the Earnings and Leave Taken section, showing the impact on salary or benefits. Accurate records are maintained for compliance purposes, ensuring transparency in leave management and payroll processes.
