Does Employment Hero store my details?

Employment Hero temporarily stores the details provided to us during the Account Recovery process to help you get back into your account. Shortly after we verify your identity, the documents provided to us will be deleted from our platform.

How long are my documents stored for?

Regardless of the outcome of your account recovery request, we will destroy your stored documents immediately after the decision. This typically takes less than 2 business days, and the documents will be stored no more than 5 business days. If we need to store your information for any more time to help you recover your account, we will inform you first.
