When Employment Hero connects to the Go1 learning platform, the platforms perform a data sync when the following occurs: during the integration, and an ongoing synchronisation when certain items are updated.

During integration

If a user is a primary manager on Employment Hero, they will automatically be granted manager permissions on Go1.
