When you browse Hero Foundation candidates in Talent Search, you can discover work-ready, motivated talent who bring valuable skills, diverse perspectives, and dedication to your organisation.

What is Hero Foundation?
Hero Foundation candidates are job-ready individuals who may have faced barriers to traditional employment. Our talent pool includes career changers, returning parents, and migrants with valuable overseas experience. These jobseekers are often overlooked due to career gaps or different professional backgrounds, but they bring tremendous potential, transferable skills, and motivation to succeed.

Browse Hero Foundation candidates
- Navigate to Recruitment from the left sidebar, then click Talent Search.
- On the Talent Search landing page, scroll down to the Browse our talent pools section.
- Click Browse Hero Foundation candidates on the Hero Foundation tile.
- A modal will appear explaining the Hero Foundation program. Click Browse Hero Foundation Talent to view all available candidates.
- You'll see the full Hero Foundation talent pool with the Hero Foundation filter automatically applied.
Note
Unlike standard Talent Search which shows up to 50 candidates, browsing Hero Foundation candidates displays the entire talent pool, which may exceed 50 candidates.
Filter Hero Foundation candidates
Once you've applied the Hero Foundation filter, you can narrow down your search by job title, location, industry, or keywords while maintaining the Hero Foundation filter.
- With the Hero Foundation filter active, enter your search criteria in the search bar. You can search by:
- Job title only (e.g., "Accountant")
- Location only (e.g., "Sydney")
- Job title and location (e.g., "Accountant in Sydney")
- Industry or keywords
- Press Enter.
- The Hero Foundation filter will remain active, showing only Hero Foundation candidates that match your criteria.
- To remove the Hero Foundation filter and search all candidates, click the X next to the "Filter: Hero Foundation" label.
Tip
Hero Foundation candidates are identified with a special Hero Foundation badge on their candidate cards, making them easy to spot in your search results.

- Look for the Hero Foundation banner at the top of the Talent Search page.
- Click Learn more to open the Hero Foundation information modal.
- The modal provides details about the program, benefits of hiring Hero Foundation candidates, and access to the talent pool.
