The Business Portal Certifications Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyse how your employees are progressing with their assigned certifications, see what is overdue and when their manager approved their submission. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.
Getting started
Important
Certifications assigned to pending employees do not show in the Certification report.
- Log in to your payroll platform.
- Click the Business Reports menu.
- Click the Certifications submenu.
- Chose from the following filters to refine the displayed data:
- Show terminated employees.
- Show archived certifications.
- Employee.
- Type.
- Certification name.
- Status.
- Organisations
- Click the Filter button.
