Refer a friend or share a job opportunity with someone who you believe would excel in your workplace and would benefit from a new job opportunity. Referring them to your employer can be a win-win situation for both you and your friend. Not only can you help your friend secure a new job, but you can also contribute to your company's talent acquisition efforts.
Refer a friend for a job opportunity within your organisation
- Open the Employment Hero Work app.
- Tap the Career tab.
- Tap Job Search at the top of the page.
- Search by job title and or city or country
- You can Filter results based on what or where you think may be an ideal job for a friend by selecting the following:
- Country.
- Team.
- Work Type.
- Select the job title.
- Tap Refer a Friend.
- Complete the details required and check the Consent box.
- Tap Send referral.
Share a job opportunity
- Open the Employment Hero Work app.
- Tap the Career tab.
- Make sure Job Search is selected at the top of the page.
- Search by job title and or city or country
- You can Filter results based on the type of job opportunity you want to share by the following:
- Country.
- Team.
- Work Type.
- Select the job title.
- Tap on the Share icon.
- Select your preferred method for sharing the job opportunity.
- Copy link - Copy the link and paste it in your preferred choice of communication.
- Twitter - Share the job opportunity by posting it in your Twitter feed, or in a Twitter Circle.
- Facebook - Share the job opportunity to your Facebook feed, on a friends timeline or in a group.
- LinkedIn - Share the job opportunity to your LinkedIn feed.
