How do I see and acknowledge workplace policies and documents?

Updated

The Policies feature allows you to view and acknowledge your assigned policies. You can also use this feature to view your previously acknowledged policies.

How do I see my workplace policies?

  1. Log into the EH Work app. 
  2. Tap on the Work icon.
  3. Along the top bar, scroll across to tap on Policies.

  4. You can see your Outstanding, Non-Mandatory, Acknowledged and Archived policies here. 

Acknowledge a workplace policy

How do I acknowledge a workplace policy?

  1. Log into the EH Work app. 
  2. Tap on the Work icon.
  3. Along the top bar, scroll across to tap on Policies.

  4. Tap on your desired policy to acknowledge.

  5. Read the policy, and once you have finished reading, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Acknowledge.

  6. Read the policy acknowledgement statement and tap Accept.

Manage your induction content

How do I see my induction content?

  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap on the Work icon.
  3. Along the top bar, scroll across to tap on Induction Content. You can see your required induction content listed. 

How do I acknowledge my induction content?

  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap on the Work icon.
  3. Along the top bar, scroll across to tap on Induction Content.

  4. Tap on the induction content that you wish to view.
  5. Read or watch the induction content, then click Acknowledge.

View and sign your HR documents

How do I see my HR documents?

Important

You can view PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPEG and CSV uploaded files via the mobile app.

  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap on the Work icon.
  3. Tap HR Documents to view documents that you have previously uploaded to your HRIS software.

Helpful Hint

You are only able to view your previously uploaded HR documents in Work. If you want to add HR documents, you need to do this through your company's HRIS website.

How do I sign a HR document?

  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap on the Work icon.
  3. Tap the HR Documents tab.
  4. Tap the Pending tab.
  5. Tap the HR document you need to sign.
  6. Read the document.
  7. At the bottom of the document, tap on Sign and Accept.
  8. Tick the checkbox to confirm your agreement to the contents of the HR document.
  9. Sign the signature box. Alternatively, you can tap on the + Or upload a signature button to upload an image of your signature.
  10. Tap on the Submit Signature button.

You will see a notice confirming the document has been signed successfully.
