The Calendly Integration feature allows you to connect the recruitment module to your Calendly account and schedule candidate interviews directly from Employment Hero. Thereby streamlining how you schedule candidate interviews, saving you time and improving the candidates user journey.

 

Getting started

Integrate with Calendly
  1. Click the  Recruitment menu.
  2. Click the Candidates tab.
  3. Click the  button.
  4. Click the Open Candidate Profile button. 
  5. Click the   button. 
  6. Click the Calendly button. 
  7. Click the Confirm button. 
  8. Log into your Calendly account. 
Attach a Calendy link
  1. Click the  Recruitment menu.
  2. Click the Candidates tab.
  3. Click the  button.
  4. Click the Open Candidate Profile button. 
  5. Click the   button. 
  6. Click the Calendly button. 
  7. Select the required event and click the Confirm button.
