You will receive an email when candidate matching, powered by Hero AI, recommends you as a top candidate for a job opening. This means your profile and experience match what a certain organisation is looking for in applicants. When you receive this email, you can choose to express your interest in the role and the business. Then, you will be able to answer a prescreening questionnaire if the organisation has set up some. Lastly, you can also send a message to the hiring manager.
Getting started
- Open your email or SMS inbox.
- Click the message from EH Work, which invites you to express interest in the role you have been shortlisted for.
- Click the Yes, I'm Interested button.
Helpful Hint
Clicking this button will take you to the EH Work app. There you can read more about the role, including the details of the organisation and the job description.
- Click the I'm Interested button.
- If the organisation has set up screening questions, you can answer them in the Prescreening Questionnaire screen.
- Click the Submit button.
- To improve your profile even more, you can send a personalised message in the "Send a message to the hiring manager" screen.
Important
Here, you can tell the hiring manager more about yourself. For example, you can say why you are interested in the role and why you are an excellent candidate for it. We have pre-filled the message box for you considering your profile and the job description. However, you can edit the message as you wish.
- Click the Submit button.
Helpful Hint
After clicking the Submit button, you will see a confirmation of your responses being submitted to the employer.
