If you would like to know if your employees are clocking in and out of work late, then you can select a specific setting in Employment Hero. Then you will receive a notification for late clock in/out in your EH Work app.

Turn on the notification setting in Employment Hero
Step 1: Notification settings
Important
This setting needs to be actioned in the Employment Hero web platform (not in the EH Work app).
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click on Time on the left-hand side menu.
- Click on Rostering Management.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on EH Work Clock in and out.
- Toggle on Send manager notifications.
- Select which time period after which you would like to receive alert notifications in EH Work.
- Click on Save.

Step 2: Receive a late notification
- You will receive a push notification to your mobile device.
- Tap on the notification or log in to your EH Work app.
- Tap on the Work icon.
- Tap on Notifications (the bell icon).
- Here you will see your late employee notification.
