Ordinary time earnings (OTE) reporting on Payroll platform

The Ordinary Time Earnings Reporting feature allows you to create a report showing the breakdown of earnings and super for your employees in a specific date range, such as the last financial year or the last quarter. You can also use this feature to download an Excel or CSV file of this data, or save the information in a printable PDF format.

Getting started

Running an ordinary-time earnings report
    1. Click the Reports menu.
    2. Click the Ordinary Time Earnings Report button.

    3. Select from the following fields:
      • Date range.
      • Pay schedule.
      • Location.
      • Employee.
      • Employing entity.
    4. Click the Run report button.

    5. You will now see your earnings report.

Important

Some of the employee and earnings lines will appear highlighted yellow if the superannuation contribution for that employee/line does not match the company standard figure.

Downloading data

Download the report: CSV
  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Ordinary Time Earnings Report button.

  3. Select from the following fields:
    • Date range.
    • Pay schedule.
    • Location.
    • Employee.
    • Employing entity.
  4. Click the Run report button.
  5. Click the Download dropdown.
  6. Click the CSV option.

Download the report: Excel
  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Ordinary Time Earnings Report button.

  3. Select from the following fields:
    • Date range.
    • Pay schedule.
    • Location.
    • Employee.
    • Employing entity.
  4. Click the Run report button.
  5. Click the Download dropdown.
  6. Click the Excel option.
