Notification frequency settings | HR Web Platform

Overview

As an employee, you would have set working hours that would vary depending on your role and employment status. Being able to set when you receive notifications will mean you can switch off from work when you finish your allocated hours, knowing all notifications have come in for the day.

The Notification Frequency feature provides you with the option of setting whether you receive your platform emails daily or weekly. You can then further customise this setting by choosing the desired time at which the HR platform will send you these notifications.

Availability

HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Maintain

The below premise will walk you through how to set up your notification frequency.

Set notification frequency: Daily
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Notification Frequency submenu
  3. Select the daily option in the Notification Frequency field.
  4. Enter the desired notification time.

Set notification frequency: Weekly
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Notification Frequency submenu
  3.  Select the weekly option in the Notification Frequency field.
  4. Enter the desired day and notification time.

  • Don't delay your onboarding and complete your confirmation process.
  • Don't delay your pay and complete your onboarding process.
  • Your payslip for pay period ending {date} is now available.
  • Timesheets are awaiting your review.
