Learning platform: Edit your portal information

Overview 

The Portal Information section allows you to customise your learning portal settings to suit your organisational needs. You can, for example, edit settings such as your portal name, organisational time zone and how employees can access legal documents, like your privacy policy, copyright policy and terms of service agreements.

The below premise will walk you through how to edit your portal information.

Edit your portal information
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the   Settings button.

  3. Click the Portal Information button.
  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Portal name.
    • Privacy policy.
    • Terms of service.
    • Copyright.
    • Online training agreement.
    • Primary domain.
    • Alternative login URL.
    • After logging out, redirect the user to URL.
    • Company location.
    • Time zone.
    • Company industry.
  5. Click the Save Changes button.
