The Pay Slip feature allows you to access digital copies of your pay slips, which you can download to your device. You can also print your pay slips if you need hard copies.
You can also view your pay slips on mobile using the Swag app. Learn how to do that in this article.
Manage pay slips
View a pay slip
- Click the Pay menu, on the left-hand side of your homepage..
- Click the Pay Slips submenu.
- Click the pay slip date range you want to view.

You can now see the details of the payslip you clicked.
Download a pay slip
- Click the Pay menu.
- Click the Pay Slips submenu.
- Click the pay slip you want to download.
- Click the Download button.
Print a pay slip
- Click the Pay menu.
- Click the Pay Slips submenu.
- Click the pay slip you want to print.
- Click the Print Preview button.
How do I update the email address to which my pay slip is sent?
To change the email address for your payslip, please contact your employer directly. They will assist you in updating your details.

Hi SERINA EDWARDS apologies you have not yet received your pay slips. I would recommend checking with your employer if they have tried the troubleshooting steps outlined in the Why is my latest pay slip not displaying via the HR platform article. If this still does not resolve your issue, your employer should reach out to our support team to troubleshoot what the possible issue could be.
Is there a way to customise the payslip and the email notification on HR platform?
Hi Jason Rajit I can definitely see how having the ability to customise the pay slips sent from the HR platform would make for an impactful feature set and add value to your organisation's way of working. Although this is not current functionality, please be assured, I have noted this as feedback and shared it with our product development team for future consideration.
Since the update to the EH platform, I am no longer able to download my payslips. I can see all my payslips listed, but when I click on a payslip to download, nothing happens. Is this a bug that will be fixed soon? Thank you for your help.

Is it possible for us in HR to view/retrieve an employee's pay slip from the EH HR side?

You will need to log into the payroll platform to view an employee's pay slip. Currently, that function is not possible within the Employment Hero HR side.
i need to download ALL of my payslips, but i dont know how, surly i dont have to click on each one individually to do it?

At the moment, if you want to download your payslips in bulk, you will need to do it via the payroll platform. Currently, this function is not possible from Employment Hero HR.
