Tax declaration setup | HR Web Platform

Overview

The Tax Declaration Setup feature guides you through the steps involved in enabling the Electronic Tax File Declaration (E-TFND) feature built into the HR platform. This feature will allow you to submit your employees' tax file declaration through the HR platform, reducing the administrative time you spend on managing your employees' tax file declarations.

HR Plan:   Standard   Standard   Premium   Platinum

Getting started

Enabling the tax declaration form
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Tax Declaration submenu.
  3. Read the displayed information and then click the Continue button.

  4. Read the displayed information and then click the Continue button.

  5. Complete the following fields:
    • Branch number.
    • Contact name.
    • Signatory name.
    • Contact email.
    • Phone type.
    • Area code.
    • Number.
  6. Click the Get Started button.

    Important

    Clicking on the Get Started button will redirect you to the Tax Report page. To read further details on how the Tax Report works, refer to the following article.

Maintain

Editing the tax declaration form
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Tax Declaration submenu.
  3. Make the required changes and click the Save button.
