Explanation
This error occurs if the award and classification does not exist within your Payroll platform and because of this, the HR platform automatically disables the award and classification causing this issue.
Solution
Adding the award and classification to your payroll platform and then re-syncing the two platforms will resolve this issue.
Resolving this error
- Log into Employment Hero Payroll.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Manage Awards button.
- Use the search field to locate the required award and classification.
- Click the Install button.
- Click the Install button.
- Click the Accept button.
Helpful Hint
Once the payroll platform has installed the chosen award and classification, you will see the below confirmation screen.
- Log into your Employment Hero platform.
- Click the Payroll Settings menu.
- Click the Classifications submenu.
- Click the Update From Payroll button.
Helpful Hint
The Classifications page will now show a greyed out Updated button. This means the HR platform has successfully imported your classifications from your Payroll platform.
