The Document Management module is where you manage your organisation's HR documents, Employment Contracts, and Polices, providing you with one centralised library containing all of your organisation's content. Having a centralised hub where you can co-ordinate your organisations content will reduce your administration time you spend on documentation management.
The Advanced Editor features allows you to add a template, edit the content if the information contained within changes, and print out a hard copy. You can also use this feature to archive and/or delete a template if you created it in error.

This is not a helpful HOW TO document. The buttons in the advanced editor have no explanations and are not the same as Microsoft Word. As a technical How To use the editor, it would be helpful to have a diagram that at least explains the buttons. Also, for those of us who use Word and other editors with a company letterhead background, it would be helpful if the HOW TO advised whether you can/can't have headers, footers, backgrounds and /or insert images. These are all helpful and sometimes necessary components of contracts and HR documents.
