Overview
As a manager, seeing when your employees have completed a performance review is a core part of employee management and ensuring you can quickly address any feedback the employee has provided. This allows you to maintain a high-performing team that feels management view and action the feedback they provide.
The Performance Review feature in the employee file module allows you to see the details of a specific employees' performance review, including the completion state, progress status and the start and end date. There is also a Filter feature that allows you to tailor what reviews you see within an employees' file based on a specific period in time.

Maintain
- Click the Personnel menu.
- Click the Employees submenu.
- Select the employee whose review you wish to view.
- Click the Reviews button.
- Click the Filter button.
- Use the Date drop-downs to set the desired date range.
- Click the Filter button.
Important
If you would like to view all the reviews, you can do so by clicking the Reset button and then clicking on the Filter button. This will clear all data stored in the filter fields.
