Purchasing and managing your organisation's Hero Dollars | HR Web Platform

Recognition is a way for employers to reward and recognise their employees when they go above and beyond the expectations of their role. The platform links each employee recognition to one of your nominated company values. So each nomination is an opportunity to recognise your employees for their performance and showcase your company values. Employers can also reward their employees with Hero Dollars for milestones reached like work anniversaries or birthdays.

The Hero Dollar feature allows you to purchase Hero Dollars that will enable you to use the platform's recognition and reward features,  with the purchase receipt emailed to you. This feature also allows you to view your organisation's Hero Dollar balance and view the transactions that users in your organisation have made on the platform.

Availability

HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Daily activities

Purchase Hero Dollars
  1. Click the   Benefits menu.
  2. Click the Hero Dollars Management submenu.
  3. Click the   Purchase Hero Dollars button.

  4. Complete the Top-up Amount field.
  5. Click the Next button.

  6. Enter your card details into the relevant fields.
  7. Click the Next button.

  8. Review your details and then click the Complete Order button.

Send Hero Dollars
  1. Click the   Benefits menu.
  2. Click the Hero Dollars Management submenu.
  3. Click the Send Hero Dollars button. send_hero_dollars.png
  4. Enter the employees name into the search bar.
  5. Enter the amount you wish to send, and the description.

View your Hero Dollar balance
  1. Click the   Benefits menu.
  2. Click the Hero Dollars Management submenu.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see your Hero Dollar balance on your screen.
