Explanation

This error occurs when the employee file only exists in the Employment Hero platform.

Solution

You can transfer the employee record from Employment Hero over to KeyPay by nominating to use the exiting Employment Hero data. 

How to transfer an employeee record
  1. Click the General Settings menu.
  2. Click the Add-ons submenu.
  3. Click the Action button.
  4. Click the View Conflicts button.
