KeyPay error: Classification no longer exists

Import conflict Classifications Classification no longer exist on KeyPay

Explanation

This error occurs if the award and classification does not exist within your KeyPay platform because of this, Employment Hero automatically disables the award and classification causing this issue. 

Solution

Adding the award and classification into the keyPay platform and then re-syncing the two platforms will resolve this issue.

Resolving this error
  1. Click the Business Settings menu.
  2. Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
  3. Click the Manage Awards button.
  4. Use the search field to locate the required award and classification.
  5. Click the Install button.

    Helpful Hint

    Once KeyPay has installed the chosen award and classification, you will see the below confirmation screen.

  8. Log into your Employment Hero platform.
  9. Click the Payroll Settings menu.
  10. Click the Classifications submenu.
  11. Click the Update From Payroll button.

    Helpful Hint

    The Classifications page will now show a greyed out Updated button. This means Employment Hero has successfully imported your classifications from your KeyPay platform.
