Adding the award and classification into the QuickBooks Online platform and then re-syncing the two platforms will resolve this issue.
- Click the Employee menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Manage Awards button.
- Use the search field to locate the required award and classification.
- Click the Install button.
- Click the Install button.
- Click the Accept button.
Helpful Hint
Once QuickBooks Online has installed the chosen award and classification, you will see the below confirmation screen.
- Log into your Employment Hero platform.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Classifications submenu.
- Click the Update From Payroll button.
Helpful Hint
The Classifications page will now show a greyed out Updated button. It means Employment Hero has successfully imported your classifications from your QuickBooks Online platform.
