Leave requests | HR Employee File

Overview

Employee leave management is the processes and policies designed for your business to handle requests for time-off for staff leave, inclusive of vacation, holidays, sick leave, and parental leave. A successful employee leave management system will provide a fair and accurate way to manage these requests and ensure's your organisation takes care of both your employees' needs and your company's legal requirements.

The Leave Request feature within an employee's personnel file enables you to view all the leave requests associated with this employee. This means you can easily see what leave they have approved, declined or pending, allowing you to plan out your team resourcing requirements.
