The My Employee Happiness feature lets you view a historical log of your survey responses and anonymously reply to replies you receive on your happiness survey comments. You can delete any mistakenly made comments using this feature. Admins must enable the happiness feedback survey in the Employee Engagement settings. For detailed instructions, refer to this article.
The survey is anonymous, without listing names or unique identifiers. To access additional features, enable the Employee Happiness Survey Feedback Loop from the Beta Flask drop-down menu and opt in. This feature is still in development and may change. For more information on enabling this beta feature, refer to this article.
Getting started
Adding a comment
- Click the Engagement menu.
- Click the My Employee Happiness submenu.
- Select the comment that requires a response.
- Type in the response and click the Send button.
Maintain
Deleting a comment
- Click the Engagement menu.
- Click the My Employee Happiness submenu.
- Select the comment that needs to be deleted.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click the Confirm Delete button.
