Overview
Having the ability to download your STP pay event data will allow you to share the information with individuals who may not have access to the payroll platform. This means there are no restrictions placed on who can view, action, and comment on the data on your payroll platform.
This data is available as an Excel file that covers either the current pay event or your year to date (YTD) figures, allowing you to apply your own filters when analysing your data in Excel. Before you can download your data, you will need to create a pay event. To read further details on how to create a pay event, refer to the following guide.
