Payroll platform: Accessing payslips via the super batch payment page

Overview

As a payroll Admin, you may have employee requests coming through for a copy of their pay slips related to their recent super payment. Having a simple way to handle these requests will reduce your time spent on payroll administration and allow you the time to focus on more important tasks.

The Pay Slip feature allows you can see what employee payslip the super payment originated from and then download or email a copy of this payslip to the relevant user. Before you use the payslip feature, you will need to create a super batch payment. To read further details on how to create a super batch payment, refer to the following guide.

Maintain

The following premises will walk you through how you can view the relevant payslip and how to either download and/or email said payslip to another user.

View a payslip
  1. Click the   Business Settings menu.
  2. Click the Super Payments submenu.
  3. Click the super batch payment that needs a payslip viewed.

  4. Click on the Super Fund that needs a payslip viewed.
  5. Click the Pay Date button.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see the payslip on your screen.

Download a payslip
  1. Click the   Business Settings menu.
  2. Click the Super Payments submenu.
  3. Click the super batch payment that needs a payslip downloaded.

  4. Click on the Super Fund that needs a payslip downloaded.
  5. Click the Pay Date button.

Email a payslip
  1. Click the   Business Settings menu.
  2. Click the Super Payments submenu.
  3. Click the super batch payment that needs a payslip emailed.

  5. Click the Pay Date button.
