Change personal details in My Account in your payroll platform

Available for the following Payroll plans: Standard, Premium
Available for the following user access levels: Employee, Manager, Admin

Under My Account, you can change the email you use to log in, as well as change your password. You can also use this feature to change your display name and time zone.

Getting started

Change my login email
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click on your name in the top right-hand side of the screen.
  3. Click the My Account option in the drop-down menu.

  4. Click the Account Details button.
  5. Click the Change Email button.

  6. Complete the following fields:
    • Email.
    • Confirm email.
  7. Click the Change Email button.

Change my password
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the Account   menu.
  3. Click the My Account submenu.

  4. Click the Account Details button.
  5. Click the Change Password button.

  6. Complete the following fields:
    • Old password
    • Password
    • Confirm email
  7. Click the Change Password button.

Edit my account details
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the Account   menu.
  3. Click the My Account submenu.

  4. Click the Account Details button.
  5. Make the required changes to the following fields:
    • Name
    • Time zone
  6. Click the Save button.
