How do I manage my organisation's job board integration via the HR platform?

Available for the following HR plans: Standard, Premium, Platinum
Available for the following user access level: Admin      

The Manage Job Boards feature within the Recruitment module allows you to connect to a Job Board platform, where you can then post the job openings you have created within the platform. You can also use this feature to edit your connection information and disconnect from a Job Board platform.

Important

When connecting to Seek, please contact your dedicated Seek Account Manager or Seek customer service team to authorise Employment Hero to post to your account. To connect to LinkedIn Limited Listings, you will need to have Admin access to your Company's LinkedIn page to view your company's page ID number at the end of the URL. While connecting to Indeed requires a paid account to post roles from our Recruitment Module to their Job Board.

Getting started

Connect to a job board
  1. Click the Recruitment menu in the navigation bar.
  2. In the recruitment module, click the Job Boards tab.
  3. Find the job board you would like to connect to, then click the Connect button.

    Important

    Connection to JobsDB and JobStreet is now only available via SEEK.

  4. Enter the required connection details. Click here for a list of supported job boards, and the details required to connect.

Daily activities

Ask for a Job Board

You can also send a request to our product team to integrate with a job board that we currently do not integrate with.

  1. First, click the Recruitment menu in the navigation bar.
  2. In the recruiment module, click the Jobs Boards tab.

  4. Fill in the information for your desired board, such as the name of the job board, the job board URL, and how often you post to this board.
  5. Click the Save button.

Editing data

Edit a job board connection

You may need to edit a job board integration to connect to a new job board account. You can do this by editing the integration, rather than disconnecting and reconnecting.

  1. Click the Recruitment menu in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Jobs Boards tab in the recruitment module.
  3. Click the ellipsis or three dots button for the job board you wish to edit.
  4. Click the Edit button.
  5. Make the required changes.
  6. Click the Save button.

Removing data

Disconnect from a job board
  1. Click the Recruitment menu.
  2. In the recruitment module, click the Jobs Boards tab.
  3. Click the ellipsis or three dots button for the job board you need to delete.
  4. Click the Delete button.

  5. Click the Delete button to confirm the removal of the job board.
