When using a username and password to log into your account, you are only using single-factor authentication. When using this process it is susceptible to security threats because it represents a single piece of information a malicious person requires.
Employment Hero allows you to enable two-factor authentication for your account. Which will require two verification steps before you can access your account and means an additional step of an authentication code sent as a text message (SMS) or via an authentication app.
The Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Reporting feature allows you to analyse how many of your employees have enabled this added security measure. You can also reset an employee's Two Factor Authentication if they can not access their original code generator. Finally, can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.
