Employee leave history reporting | Payroll Web Platform

Overview

Within your organisation, you will have employees submitting leave requests regularly for events such as going to a Dr's appointment or for a trip overseas. These leave requests allow you to manage team resources, by enabling you to see what roles will need covering and how long these plans will need to be in place.

The Leave History Reporting feature allows you to view the leave requests taken within your organisation and see details such as which pay period accrued, what type of leave, and the employees' opening and closing balances. You can also use this feature to download an excel file of this data or save the information in a printable PDF format.

Getting started

Running a leave history report
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the  Reports menu.
  3. Click the Leave History button.

  4. Select from the following fields:
    • Date range.
    • Employee.
    • Pay schedule.
    • Leave category.
    • Employee default location.
    • Employing entity.
  5. Click the Run Report button.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see your Leave History report on your screen.

Maintain

Download the report: Excel
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the  Reports menu.
  3. Click the Leave History button.

  4. Select from the following fields:
    • Date range.
    • Employee.
    • Pay schedule.
    • Leave category.
    • Employee default location.
    • Employing entity.
  5. Click the Run Report button.
  6. Click the Download button.
  7. Click the Excel button.

  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
