Employee ordinary time earnings (OTE) reporting via the payroll platform

Available for the following Payroll plan: Standard, Premium

The Ordinary Time Earnings Reporting feature allows you to create a report showing the breakdown of earnings and super for your employees in a specific date range, such as the last financial year or the last quarter. You can also use this feature to download an excel file of this data or save the information in a printable PDF format.

Getting started

Running an ordinary times earnings report
  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Ordinary Time Earnings Report button.

  3. Select from the following fields:
    • Date range.
    • Employee.
    • Pay schedule.
    • Earnings location.
    • Employing entity.
  4. Click the Run Report button.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see your ordinary time earnings report on your screen.

Maintain

Downloading the report: Excel
  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Ordinary Time Earnings Report button.

    • Date range.
    • Employee.
    • Pay schedule.
    • Earnings location.
    • Employing entity.
  4. Click the Run Report button.
  5. Click the Excel button.
