The Pay Run Comparison Reporting feature allows you to compare your organisation's finalised pay runs over a chosen time. You can also use this feature to download an excel file of this data or save the information in a printable PDF format.

Getting Started
Running a Pay Run comparison report
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Pay Run Comparison Report button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Date range.
- Pay schedule.
- Click the Run Report button.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your pay run comparison report on your screen.
Download data
Download the report: Excel
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Pay Run Comparison Report button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Date range.
- Pay schedule.
- Click the Run Report button.
- Click the Download button.
- Click the Excel button.
Download the report: CSV
- Click the Reports menu.
