Employee time and attendance access | Payroll Web Platform

As an organisation, by using time and attendance software, your managers and admins can track and monitor when your employees start and stop work each day. This type of system enables an employer to monitor everything from their employees working hours, any late arrivals or premature departures, time employees have taken on breaks and days they are absent. This is important in a large workforce, or a business utilising shift workers, as keeping track of a large workforce can be very time-consuming.

The Employee Time and Attendance Access feature allows you to grant access to a specific employee with the ability to use the Clock Me In time and attendance app. You can also use this feature to change an employee's assigned kiosk access pin if they have forgotten their original code and revoke access if the employee does not need to use this app anymore.

Getting started

Grant kiosk access
  1. Click the Employee menu.
  2. Click the List submenu.
  3. Click on the employee who needs Clock me In access.
  4. Click the Time and Attendance button.
  5. Click the Grant Kiosk Access button.

Maintain

Change kiosk pin code
  1. Click the Employee menu.
  2. Click the List submenu.
  3. Click on the employee who needs their kiosk pin changed.
  4. Click the Time and Attendance button.
  5. Click the Change Pin button.

  6. Complete the following fields:
    • New pin.
    • Repeat new pin.
    • Send person notification of the pin change.
  7. Click the Change Pin button.

Revoke kiosk access
  1. Click the Employee menu.
  2. Click the List submenu.
  3. Click on the employee who needs access removed.
  4. Click the Employee Portal Access button.
  5. Click the Revoke Kiosk Access button.
