Payroll integration issues dashboard

You may face integration issues when attempting to sync data changes from your Employment Hero HR platform to your chosen payroll platform. This leads to errors in your data, which is one of the many reasons you need a central hub where you can view, investigate, and resolve such pitfalls in your payroll integration.

Accordingly, this article shows you how to use the Payroll Integration Issues Dashboard feature. This dashboard summarises your organisation's errors by breaking them down into three areas: employee file, leave requests, and timesheets. It also gives you the tools to re-sync a data source once you have resolved previous errors.

Getting started

  To read your required instructions, select which payroll platform it was that you integrated your Employment Hero platform with.

EH Payroll KeyPay QuickBooks Xero MYOB

Availability

HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
Payroll Plan:   Standard   Premium
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  'User Access' refers to the default access level per user and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access, excluding any changes made using our Custom Security feature.

Re-sync data: Individually
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Payroll Integration Issues submenu.
  3. Click either the Employee Files, Leave Requests or Timesheets tab.
  4. Click the Actions   button.
  5. Click the   Re-Sync button.

Re-sync data: In bulk
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Payroll Integration Issues submenu.
  3. Click either the Employee Files, Leave Requests or Timesheets tab.
  4. Select the errors that need to be re-synced.
  5. Click the Re-Sync button.

Maintain

View sync error details

Hide dashboard data: Individually
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Payroll Integration Issues submenu.
  3. Click either the Leave Requests or Timesheets tab.
  4. Click the Actions   button.
  5. Click the   Hide from Dashboard button.

  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Payroll Integration Issues submenu.
  3. Click either the Leave Requests or Timesheets tab.
  4. Select the errors that need to be hidden.
  5. Click the Hide from Dashboard button.

  • I have an issue in my HR program not syncing with the Payroll program for 3 employees.

    the issue seams to be with the cost center that these three employees are allocated to.
