Employee data that can be updated in bulk
The following list covers the many employee details you can update when using Employment Hero's bulk uploading features with the use of its CSV file templates:
- Personal details of employees, including:
- First name
- Last name
- Account email
- Location
- Employee employment details, including:
- Start dates and job titles
- Contract type (This must be either permanent or (if applicable) fixed term.)
- Teams and primary/secondary managers
- Employee Pay Details, including:
- Salary and pay details (This includes the ability to update all employees' pay.)
- Industrial instrument(s) (This term refers to any legally enforceable document regarding employment terms and conditions.)
- Classification
- Pay rate template
- Pay schedule
- Pay category
- Leave allowance template
- Employee custom fields
- Bank account details, including:
- Account name
- BSB
- Account number
- Allocated percentage (This is not applicable for Xero payroll.)
- Fixed amount (This will always hold the remaining balance.)
- Employment History, including:
- Employment type (e.g. full-time, part-time, or casual)
- Job title
- Start date (The format of start dates is dd/mm/yyyy.)
- Contract type
- Superannuation details, including:
- Super Fund Name
- Super Fund ABN
- SPIN/USI
- Super Member Number
- Super Account Name
- SMSF Contact Email (if applicable)
