Payroll FAQ: How do I upload a Roster Live (WHS) file

Question

How do I upload a Roster Live (WHS) data file onto our payroll platform?

Availability

Payroll Plan:   Standard   Premium

Answer

You can use the Timesheet Importing feature to import the timesheet data stored within your Roster Live (WHS) platform.

Warning

Timesheets will only flow from the HR platform to your Payroll platform, i.e. this data connection is not bidirectional, and any timesheet submissions made in the Payroll platform will not flow through to your HR platform. We advise you to submit any timesheet via the HR platform's Timesheet feature.

Uploading a roster live (WHS) data file
  1. Click the Timesheet menu.
  2. Click the Import Timesheets submenu.
  3. Select the WFS (Roster Live) option in the Import Timesheets drop-down.
  4. Click the Select File button.
