Common Issues for Content not Loading
Is the devops email enabled?
We use the Dev Ops emails to connect your HR and Learning platforms together and there are a couple of different setups associated with the Integration. The different types depend upon when your integration was first created and the subscription plan associated. If this user in disabled, you may lose access to view learning content.

The devops user emails do not count towards your organisations chargable users.

If you have connected your Employment Hero platform to your existing Go1 platform, you will not have a devops email account showing on your list of enabled users.
Is the support email enabled?
The support@ email allows the Employment Hero support team to assist you, if required. We will add this email address the first time the Employment Hero support team accesses your learning portal. If this user in disabled, you may lose access to view learning content.

Is the main admin email enabled?
The main admin email is the first user to create the integration between the HR and Learning platforms, and becomes the first administer for the organisation, but you can add others down the track. If this user in disabled, you may lose access to view learning content.
