Managing my organisations billing, payment method and invoices - HR Web Platform

Overview

As an organisation,  access to your billing details will enable you to know just how many users we will charge you for every month. Having this information on hand will make sure your organisation can fully understand how much Employment Hero will charge you for using our software.

You can use the Billing feature to access a list of your latest invoices and see a list of billable users for each invoice. You can also narrow the data down by employment type. You can also use this feature to view your subscription terms and conditions, and update your payment method, billing content, and invoice recipients. 

Availability

HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Maintain

View subscription terms and conditions
  1. Click the Billing menu.
  2. Click the View button.

    You will now see your subscription terms on your screen.

View a list of billed employees
  1. Click the Billing menu.
  2. Click the Actions button.
  3. Click the View Billed Employees button.

Download an invoice
  1. Click the Billing menu.
  2. Click the Actions button.
  3. Click the Download Invoice button.

Edit a payment method
  1. Click the Billing menu.
  2. Click the Change button.

  3. Enter your new billing details.
  4. Click the Save button.

Edit billing contact
  1. Click the Billing menu.
  2. Click the Change button.

  3. Update the required information and click the Update button.

Change invoice recipients
  1. Click the Billing menu.
  2. Click the Change button.

  3. Make the required changes and click the Update button.

So you have now viewed your billing information and you are now wondering, what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:

  • Headcount reporting: Active employees This report will allow you to see all your active employees within your organisation, and you can use this to cross reference any data shown on your Employment Hero invoices.
  • Headcount reporting: Employee termination This report will allow you to see all your terminated employees within your organisation, and you can use this to cross reference any data shown on your Employment Hero invoices.
