Is the reason I cannot access my roster because I blocked cookies on my browser?

Answer

If you have clicked into the rostering tab and can see a login page within that window, you may have blocked cookies preventing access to this URL.

Unblock rostering cookies
  1. Click on the   next to the Employment Hero URL.
  2. Click the   Cookies button. Cookie_1.jpg
  3. Click the Blocked tab.
  4. Click the Allow button for the following URLs: Cookie_2.jpg
  5. Click the Done button.
