Learning FAQ: How do I unblock a user?

Available for the following Learning plans: Standard, Plus

You can use the Active User feature in the User Management module to unblock a user and let them log in to your organisation's learning platform.

Unblock a user
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  3. Click the User tab.
  4. Hover over the user that needs to be unblocked.
  5. Click the   button.
  6. Select the Edit button.

  8. Click the Save button.
