There may be instances where you will need to update pay rates for multiple employees. Updating employee pay rates individually can be strenuous, especially if you have to update pay rates for many employees. The bulk pay rate feature allows you to update salaries and pay rates for up to 200 employees at once, without having to update each employee's pay rate individually.
Getting started
The below premise outlines how you can bulk update your organisations employee pay rates.
Bulk update pay rates
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Update Pay Rates button.
- Click the Add Employees button.
- Use the check boxes to select which employees need their pay rates updated.
Helpful Hint
To locate particular employees faster, you can filter your search based on the following:
- Pay schedule
- Employing entity
- Tags
- Employee groups
- Primary location
- Employee list
- Click the Save button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Adjustment.
- Commencement date.
- Click the Save New Pay rates button.
