How do I send a notification to a user?

Answer
You can use the Send Notification feature within the User Management module to send either an in platform notification or email to a user on your learning platform.
Send a notification
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Users tab.
- Select the users that need notifying.
- Click the button
- Select the Send Notification button.
- Enter your message in either the In App Notification field or the Email Notification field.
- Click the Send button.
