Acknowledging and downloading other documents from the employee portal via the payroll platform

Available for the following Payroll Plan: Standard, Premium

The Other Documents feature within the employee portal will display all documents that you have been granted access to. It will list: the name of the document, when it was added and a link to the expense request. You can also use this feature to acknowledge documents that your payroll admin may have allocated to your payroll employee portal.

Daily activities

Acknowledge my other documents
  1. Log into your payroll platform platform.
  2. Click the Account menu.
  3. Click on the employee portal you need to access.
  4. Click the   Documents menu.
  5. Click the Other Documents submenu.
  6. Click the Acknoweldfe button.

Download my other documents
  1. Log into your payroll platform platform.
  2. Click the Account menu.
  3. Click on the employee portal you need to access.
  4. Click the   Documents menu.
  5. Click the Other Documents submenu.
  6. Click the document you would like to download.

    Helpful Hint

    The document will now be available on your device for viewing.
