The Other Documents feature within the employee portal will display all documents that you have been granted access to. It will list: the name of the document, when it was added and a link to the expense request. You can also use this feature to acknowledge documents that your payroll admin may have allocated to your payroll employee portal.

Acknowledge my other documents
- Log into your payroll platform platform.
- Click the Account menu.
- Click on the employee portal you need to access.
- Click the Documents menu.
- Click the Other Documents submenu.
- Click the Acknoweldfe button.
Download my other documents
- Log into your payroll platform platform.
- Click the Account menu.
- Click on the employee portal you need to access.
- Click the Documents menu.
- Click the Other Documents submenu.
- Click the document you would like to download.
Helpful Hint
The document will now be available on your device for viewing.
