Question

As an admin user how can I give other users the ability to request a new Global Teams employee? 

  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Answer

All Admin users can ask for new Global Teams employees. To find out how to ask for a new Global Teams employee, checkout How do I ask for a new Global Teams employee? Additionally, Admin users can give other users within their organisation the ability to request a new Global Teams employee via the Custom Security Settings page.

Global Teams custom security settings
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Custom Security Settings submenu.
  3. Click the New Security Group button.

  4. Give your new security group a name and description.
  5. Select the users who need adding to the group.
  6. Click Other Permissions tab.
  7. Scroll down to Onboarding (Global Teams) and select either the View or Use option.
  8. Click the Save and Continue button.

Difference between view and use access

Users with View access can view the details of all Global Teams employee requests. Users with Use access can view these details as well as create new requests for Global Teams employees plus review and approve the employment agreement for a Global Teams employee.
