We have introduced a range of AI features to help users generate well-crafted messages. From the 11th of April 2023, Platinum users will find a new AI button on the Give Feedback page. Clicking on the button will generate a crafted message based on the user’s original input.

Bulk share documents to employee/contractor profile

The Bulk Share Documents feature enables HR admins on a Platinum plan to upload one document and share it to multipe employees in bulk. Instead of uploading the same file one at a time for each user via the Uploaded Documents employee file feature.

Service fee on swag store

Release Date: 12th of April 2023

We are implementing a service fee on the Swag store. It starts with a 0.5% fee, applied to all transactions on the Swag Store, both on the web and app. We will include the fee in the product price, with an Other Information tab explaining what the service fee is about.

Gift Cards Uplift V2

Release Date: 13th of April 2023

We have improved and streamlined the UX for purchasing giftcards, reducing the amount of steps required from six to two. We also display how much value and savings you will get from each giftcard. We also introduced a Buy Again and Popular carousel, so that you can easily select the giftcards you often purchase. There is also a default payment method selected, so that you do not have to select a payment method everytime and have merged the checkout and summary page into one with only crucial information displayed.
