As an organisation, by running the Turnover Report, administrators can track and check the number of employees your company lost over a given period. The Turnover Report includes two pie charts showing at a glance your companies turnover, and below this we have added a filterable and searchable table that displays your organisations tenure data.

This is the default access level per user and whether they have view, edit and delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
Getting started
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Turnover Report button.
- Chose from the following filters to refine the displayed data:
- Team.
- Location.
- Age:
- Under 19.
- 20 - 29.
- 30 - 39.
- 40 - 49.
- 50 - 59.
- 60 +
- Gender:
- Male.
- Female.
- Non-binary.
- Prefer not to say.
- Termination type.
- Timeframe:
- Monthly.
- Quarterly.
- Yearly
Further information
The Yes and No data refers to attrition; i.e., Yes represents the number of terminations within the last 12 months to date, and No represents the average number of employees during this period.
