Welcome to this week's release notes. We have been busy as always and are increasing our support of AI message generation across the HR platform and also making sure we are industry leaders in compliance. Please see below for our newest updates.

Compliance Reports: New Filter options

We have expanded the filter options of the compliance reports to include Team, Location and Employing Entity to save time when running Audit reports.
Prevent employees from editing their submitted incident reports
Release date: 20th April 2023
We have removed the Edit option from visibility for employees who do not have admin/CSS/worksafe authority permissions. We did this to minimise concerns from admins and managers that important details from an incident are being amended post-reporting and to reduce any dishonest/inaccurate revisions. The following users still have Edit visibility:
- Owners,
- Admins,
- Worksafe authorities (assigned via Company Settings),
UI Adjustment
Release Date: 6th April 2023
On regular to large screen sizes, the company feed now appears in a pinned state on the right hand side of the page. You can collapse the pinned feed and reopen it; also the feed becomes unpinned and a regular widget when the screen size decreases.
AI assisted message generation

View archived employee reviews

We have added a checkbox for employees and managers to view archived reviews in the employee file. We have also added a manage review settings button for admins/users with access to review settings directly from the page.
Add additional data to reviews report

Integrate Goals into Performance Reviews

By integrating the employee’s goals in their performance reviews, you can easily refer to the goals during the review process. The update is available to Premium and Platinum users.
Added search to review templates

We have added a search bar to the review templates page to make it easier to locate the templates you need. It is available to Premium and Platinum users.
Hero Dollars enhancement

We have moved the Issue Hero Dollars feature to the Hero Dollars Management tab under Benefits. It means that admins can now purchase, send and see their company's Hero Dollar transaction history all in one place. They can also give Hero Dollars to certain teams or everyone in the company, not just individual employees.

We now allow EH users to automatically populate their work experience in Swag by clicking on a Sync button found in line with the Experience section. Clicking the Sync button will prompt a modal to appear. It will ask you for permission to have Swag pull work history data from their records and use it to populate their work experience. Populated work experience will display a Verified badge indicating the validity of their experience. The Tooltip next to the Sync button explains the purpose of the feature and how it works.

When creating a new job within the Recruitmetn module, users can now define the new role as remote. You can then provide additional details about where you want candidates based for this role by listing three different types of candidate locations:
- Anywhere: Applicants for this role based anywhere in the world.
- Within a time zone window: For example, applicants based within 4 hours of UTC+10:00 for Australia/Sydney.
- Within a specific country: For example, applicants based anywhere within Australia.

When requesting a new Global Teams employee, users are required to provide a position description. As Employment Hero is the employer-of-record for these employees, this is an important document that sets performance expectations for the person working in this role.
However, if a user does not have a position description prepared, this can block them from moving forward with their GT employee request. To reduce friction in this process and increase the number of GT employee requests, we receive, users can now generate draft position descriptions using AI.
