Can employees upload documents to their Employment Hero account?
Answer
Yes, you can upload documents to your Employment Hero HR account, as long as your platform admin has granted you permission. If you do not have access, your admin can grant it to you by following this article: How to manage custom user security settings via the HR platform.
Upload a document
- Click the Account button.
- Click My Profile.
- Click Documents to display the Documents module.
- Select the Uploaded documents tab.
- Click the Upload Document button.
- Click the button.
- Select the file you need to upload.
- Enter the following details:
- Document Name.
- Tags.
- Admins only access.
- Admins and others.
- Admins only.
- Reporting-line access.
- This employee.
- Direct managers.
- Indirect managers.
- Non-reporting line access
- Non-payroll.
- Payroll.
- Click the Save button.

Why do I need a Working With Children Chek for the same reasons above. Why do I need a Mental HealthFirst Aid certificate when I hold a 3 year Psychiatric Nursing Certificate with years of experience?

These certifications and checks are set by your organisation's HR administrator, not Employment Hero's platform. Please check with them regarding these certifications.
We have to use our own Employment Contracts (not the templates)....how do I upload a contract so they are digitally signed? Or is this not possible?
