Recruitment Settings Security Group

Admins and Owners can now grant Recruitment Settings access to specific Hiring Managers within their organisation. It means Hiring Managers can manage all aspects of Recruitment such as customisation of experience levels and candidate source, the company careers page, templates for emails, evaluations and screening questions, and candidate tags

We have added an option for Platinum users to use parsed data to autofill candidates' information or add multiple candidates. 

Swag Profile completion for applicants

As an aid to help applicants complete their applications, after an applicant sets their password, they arrive on a landing page confirming their account activation. They are then shown matching details from their latest job application. Applicants can choose to complete their Swag Profile by either:

• Populating their Swag profile automatically using their job app details. We will direct applicants to a review page to confirm the populated information.
• Manual step through via the job seeker wizard.

Multiple resume options for the Swag Profile PDF download

We have released new Swag PDF profile resume download options, giving customers a choice of how their resume should look. We will present them with a modal to preview the different resume versions and select one to download in PDF format.
